Having gotten engaged in Ireland two years prior, Michelle and Bradley knew that a traditional wedding at home in Canada wasn't how they envisioned their special day. Completely in love with the island and its people, they decided to return and say their vows somewhere steeped in magical history: the iconic ruins of Dunluce Castle.

From the breathtaking coastal views to the romantic, unique intimacy of the setting, their day felt entirely like a fantasy. Photographed beautifully by Fraser Stewart, the couple embraced every moment—from a charming ride in a vintage car to celebrating in a local pub. Their family and friends all agreed: it was a wedding experience unlike any other.

We happened upon Ladybird when we decided that having a traditional wedding at home in Canada was never how we envisioned our special day. We wanted to go someplace with a little more of a magical history and unique wedding traditions. We had gotten engaged in Ireland two years prior and had completely fallen in love with the island and its people. We decided to create our fantasy wedding alongside Yasmeen and Lawrence because we loved their own love story! They have amazing wedding packages that included everything we wanted at a pretty dreamy price point as well! We worked with Yasmeen all year to plan our dream wedding and she made it SO easy. The whole process was very simple and uniquely intimate. We told her what we envisioned and she made it reality. The day of, Lawrence looked after everything. We could just completely enjoy ourselves, and had the most magical, exciting day of our lives... Everyone was so warm and kind, and it just added to our special day. Yasmeen and Lawrence made us feel so special, and are such kind and generous people. If you are looking to get married in Ireland, definitely have Ladybird help you! Our friends and family told us they’ve never experienced a wedding like ours, and thought it was the most magical, intimate experience. That’s what your wedding day should be! Ps: both of us are getting misty eyed just recalling the day while writing this review….that is how amazing it was ♥️
