We met in Atlanta, Georgia - at a bar on the Beltline called Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall. One pint led to another, and before we knew it, we were planning our wedding.
Like a lot of couples, we initially planned to have our wedding in the States. But the more we explored that path, the more overwhelmed we felt. Laurence is from Ireland. Yasmeen is from Atlanta - and suddenly, the idea of an Irish wedding with wild cliffs, old stone churches, and pub-filled joy started calling to us.
So we planned our wedding 4,000 miles away on the west coast of Ireland. It was beautiful. It was chaotic. It was unforgettable. And it made us realise: there has to be an easier way.
Ladybird Ever After was born from that experience.

Yasmeen
Yasmeen brings a meticulous, tech-forward approach to wedding curation, transitioning from working in Human Resources at Google to full-time wedding planning in 2022.
Her obsessive attention to detail, warm communication style, and love of organisation are the reason our couples arrive in Ireland feeling completely relaxed and taken care of.
Laurence
Laurence grew up in the heart of Irish hospitality - his family has run a thriving pub in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, since 1955. He brings the strategic eye of a former Director of AI Marketing at Coca-Cola to every wedding we plan.
He knows Ireland’s best venues, its best vendors, and exactly how to make a destination wedding feel effortless from 4,000 miles away.
