Mikel and Brian dreamed of a breathtaking Irish wedding but didn’t want the grueling effort of planning it themselves. Coming over from Maryland while Mikel was finishing her PhD, they trusted the Ladybird Ever After team to meticulously organize their micro wedding from afar.
The day unfolded beautifully. They shared an unforgettable, breathtaking ceremony amidst the historic ruins of Rahinnane Castle, surrounded by their closest family and friends. Afterwards, the party continued with a lively DJ reception at the stunning Dingle Skellig Hotel, overlooking Dingle Bay. Ladybird ensured every little detail, from the florist to the venue staff, was perfectly aligned with their vision, allowing Mikel and Brian to be fully present and soak in every second of their perfect day.

Our wedding day was absolute perfection, and we have Ladybird Ever After to thank for that. Hiring Yasmeen and Laurence was one of the best, if not the best, decisions we made while planning our micro wedding. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them both. Their organization, attention to detail, consistency, availability, and responsiveness are unmatched.
We had a clear vision for how we wanted our day to look and feel, and they brought it to life beautifully. The entire experience felt incredibly personal because the Ladybird team is clearly so passionate about what they do.
They went above and beyond to make our day perfect, from helping us find the right florist, DJ, photographer, venue, celebrant, and hair and makeup artists, to calmly handling every little emergency that popped up. Their thoughtful advice shaped so many of our vendor choices and always aligned perfectly with our vision.
It speaks volumes when other vendors—photographers, hair and makeup artists, venue staff—go out of their way to compliment how seamless and well-organized your wedding planners are. If there were any hiccups on the day, we genuinely had no idea. We were able to be fully present and soak in every second, thanks to the peace of mind Yasmeen and Laurence provided.
We are deeply grateful for their hard work and dedication, which truly shows in every detail. We now have memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime. We already miss working with this amazing duo, and we give them our highest recommendation for anyone planning one of the most important and happiest days of their lives. You will not regret it.
